GIRLS, GIRLS, GIRLS!

Rewatched the first and second season of GIRLS while working. Hannah Horvath has the greatest quotes. I just wanted to get this out of my system before moving on. I know, I know...for you uber fans out there, Hannah doesn't get that crazy ass haircut until the last episode. Whatever, it's endearing because it makes her look like a Monchhichi.

The Dungeons & Dragons show was a great success. Thanks everyone for coming out, I really appreciate it! I had such a great time AND I totally got a red dot! Above you'll see a mash up of my work process for this particular piece. This type of documenting usually doesn't occur. I'm not entirely sure what came over me and why I photographed each step. Maybe it was my way of doing a traditional version of Ctrl+S incase I messed it all up along the way? Hmm regardless, here it is! Happy St. Patty's Day!

IT'S OUT! IT'S OUT! Spellstorm, the latest game from TinyCo! I was lucky enough to lead an amazing art team in creating the concept and final art style of this card battling game. Above is a piece of marketing art I created with help from Yanare Ku and Ian Gillies, a few of the many talented artists on the team! The new game is available on the app store today! Magical Beastiary

Some concept art for the most recent game I'm working on for Tinyco. So long are the days of concepting fat cave men and wide eyed animals. Spellstorm has arrived...well in most countries aside from the US. But soon my pretties....soon. These are concept thumbnails for hippogriffs & harpies. I'll show my process of how I take these into vector and animation one day. By one day you can decipher that it probably means never or years from now, yes? Excellent. Good day, peanuts!

That Junk in the Trunk is HUGE!

Word on the street, POWELL Street that is, is that Junk in the Trunk is at CB2! This is a product the Gama-Gang and I worked on nearly a year ago! But its so strange to see it blown up at that size. Ahhh yes, this is a pivotal moment in my adult design life!

Legends of the Hidden Temple: Black Llamas!

My amazing group of friends recently worked their asses off in the Tough Mudder Half Marathon. Everyone made it out alive, limbs intact and I couldn't be prouder! When they came to me for a t-shirt design I couldn't be happier to do it. Also who can deny a throwback to Legends of the Hidden temple? In your face Blue Barracudas!
